Complaints, Compliments, Feedback

We always try to give the best service that we can and to meet service user, client and stakeholder expectations. However, we know that however hard we try, we may not meet your expectations every time. For this reason, your views are important to us. We appreciate and value your feedback, and whilst it is always good for us to hear when things go right, we also need to know when things go wrong – so that we can get it right next time.

To feedback to us, be it a comment, compliment or formal complaint please email the Central Business Unit at cbu@shap.org.uk , or call us on 01744 454056

Confidential Reporting (‘Whistle Blowing’)

SHAP encourages employees and others who have serious concerns about any aspect of the organisation’s work to come forward and voice those concerns.

Employees are often the first to realise that there may be something seriously wrong within SHAP and ‘Whistleblowing’ is viewed as a positive act that can make a valuable contribution to the way we deliver services, our efficiency and long-term success. It is not disloyal to colleagues or SHAP to speak up.
