“Doubling Up” – BME Community Development Service Event
The BME Community Development Service is holding a “Doubling Up’ event on Thursday, 16th May 2013 at the Old School House, St Joan’s Road, Huyton. The event aims to explore the double impact of recent government initiatives such as the welfare reform and the NHS reforms on the Black and Minority Ethnic and other under-represented and “hard to reach” communities.
There will be two workshops: (1) Welfare Reform – key issues, guidance and support and (2) NHS Reform – The role of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs).
